Parth Rana, CEPA®, CFBS, FSCP®

Parth J. Rana, CEPA®, CFBS, FSCP® is a partner at M&T Financial Partners. He joined the team to pursue his original career path, after being an owner in a Houston area family business. Skilled in guiding clients through both prosperous and challenging economic times, Parth particularly enjoys working with professionals and business owners on their personal and business planning, helping ensure no stone is left unturned, financially speaking.

“Our lives are so consumed with both professional and family commitments on a day-to-day basis,” says Parth. “Financial and business planning matters often land on the back burner, risking unintended consequences despite such tremendous hard work and sacrifice.”

Parth brings nearly two decades’ experience working with South Texas medical and dental professionals, executives, business owners and their families. 

Parth grew up in Texarkana, Texas and attended Austin College and the University of Houston, earning degrees in both Economics and Political Science. He lives in Timberwood Park with his wife, Nimisha, and two children. When away from the office, Parth enjoys road trips with his family to national parks, live music, and movies. In 2000 his acappella band, Lager Rhythms, was recognized in the Houston Press annual “best of” edition.

Parth also serves on the board of Chinmaya Mission San Antonio, and he and his wife teach Balvihar (Sunday School) for high school students.
