Genna Otte

Genna joined the M&T team in January 2016, bringing 13 years of experience in Credit Union operations and client servicing. Genna coordinates all aspects of our Life Insurance, Disability Income and Long-Term Care business. She is also responsible for entering client's current financial data into our software program, which assist the Agents in helping our clients understand their present financial position.

Her years of experience have developed her excellent customer service skills and she strives to provide a quality of service that is second to none. While away from the office, Genna enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and their three children.
